Missed to take the UPCAT? You still have a chance to become part of UP Cebu Fine Arts community. Take the Talent Determination Test (TDT) and you’ll get to enroll in the 3-year Certificate of Fine Arts Program. After the 3rd year, with outstanding academic performance, you’ll be advised to proceed for another year to complete the Bachelors of Fine Arts degree.
