Vision

The University of the Philippines Cebu University Library is to provide a cutting-edge learning environment to our students, faculty, REPS, and staff by having additional service – a service that blends in with our changing generation and evolving need of academic information.

Mission

To be collaborators in achieving excellence in teaching, creating outstanding research outputs, and delivering excellent operational services.

Our Goals

  1. To provide space for students to collaborate, engage, develop, and create ideas in the conducive learning environment;
  2. To develop all sources of collection in all area of programs offered not limited to print materials;
  3. To achieve an excellent service and assistance to all library users when providing information sources needed;
  4. To improve access to all library resources for the UP Cebu community; and
  5. To formulate, develop, and implement plans for the use of technology to help library personnel in delivering better and excellent service.
