In line with the Memorandum No. CLM 2025-046 on the Gradual Transition to Onsite Work and Classes, the UP Cebu University library Lahug Campus is open for service from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (no noon break), Monday to Friday, effective 13 October to 8 November 2025. On-site library services resume on 10 November 2025 (Monday).
SRP Library will remain temporarily closed to all users until further notice as the building is currently undergoing a structural integrity assessment.
Access to all our electronic resources remains available 24/7 via OpenAthens or direct access through library website.
