As we honor the legacy of the late President Sergio Osmeña, Sr. on his birth anniversary this September 9, the UP Cebu University Libraries in Lahug and SRP campuses will be closed and be joining the Province of Cebu and its component cities in recognizing this special non-working holiday, pursuant to R.A. 6953.
We encourage all our valued library users to plan their visits and transactions accordingly, ensuring a smooth experience before and after this commemorative occasion. Library services will resume on 10 September 2025 (Wednesday).
