The UPC University Libraries are excited to announce its very first Information On the Road (IOR) Mobile Tour – one of the Student Engagement Activities in the Library for September 2025. This scheduled IOR is specially designed to commemorate the 147th birth anniversary of President Sergio Osmeña.
Take a ride on a journey to significant sites in the city and discover fun facts about each location that has an intimate connection to the life and contributions of President Sergio Osmeña, and have the chance to answer engaging questions for a chance to win exciting prizes!
