Missed to take the UPCAT? You still have a chance to become part of UP Cebu Fine Arts community. Take the Talent Determination Test (TDT) and you’ll get to enroll in the 3-year Certificate of Fine Arts Program. After the 3rd year, with outstanding academic performance, you’ll be advised to proceed for another year to complete the Bachelors of Fine Arts degree.

UP Cebu University Library will be CLOSED on 14 May, 2018 for the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan elections. Service resumes on 15 May.
